You have way more experience with this than I do I'm just reporting what I see and how the truck performs. I don't know and I'm still learning on this process give me another couple of months and I might have a different theory.
My other thought is you might have a unicorn,it's not uncommon in FCA products,lol.You're truck sure has me scratching my head,as it's definitely not running normal temps compared to other trucks.Can you see if it's still feeding coolant to the heater.There'll be a funny looking 3 way valve mounted on the pass side frame rail,basically under where the stock airbox would sit,can you take a pic of it,as i'm wondering if the coolant feed to the thermal unit might be bypassed.
