So along with a list of mods/add-on I have in store for my truck, I want to take care of a few service things first..
There's a specialized transmission shop in town that said for $150 they will drive the truck to see if anything is abnormal witn the tranny, pull the pan, tighten the band's and refill the tranny... but my question is: I've herd some mechcanics say at this point in the game (truck is 14 yrs old and 80,000 miles) that the best thing to do is just keep the fluid level good and don't worry about flushing or emptying the fluid.
Whats your guys thoughts?
