Vibration coming from the rear

Had new tires road forced, one tire was forced at 30lbs. Tech said either a bad tire or a bad rotor. Don't feel much in the brake pedal. Most of the vibration is in the seats. Drive shaft is tight, just looking for any light on the situation. Thanks

Try switching the back tires to the front and see if it gets better or worse.
