2012 Ram 3500 Shift Interlock

Hello I am looking at a 2012 Ram 3500 Cummins DRW auto 4x4 and there are no keys. How will I be able to shift the transmission to Neutral (from Park) to move/tow vehicle before I am able to get key cut and programmed?

If there isn't one I'm the truck somewhere u can always crawl underneath pop the gearshift linkage off the tranny and shift into neutral.

You can call a local locksmith where you are at and have them cut and program the keys where the truck is at. Cheaper than having it towed unless you are loading it on your own trailer.
Or just do what Brandon-w has suggested and pop the shift cable off the transmission shift linkage

On the bottom of the steering column there is a hole to stick a screwdriver in to override the park release.

As it is a 4x4 just shift the transfer case into neutral. If the TC is electronically shifted there is a little button for it.

Actually thinking of it, only the manual transfer case can be shifted into neutral without a key. The electronic shift requires the ignition to be on.
