Well hell, maybe...? Do they use those “chips” that are having a shortage issues in the fobs? That may have something to do with it.

The chips are used all over the place. Nearly any object that has a circuit board, uses semiconductors.

I’ve heard that those with one can put in a warranty claim in a few months for a second. Not sure if it’s true, but sounds good.

Arrived at auto port waiting delivery. First instant upgrades are 35 Falken Wildpeak AT3, Magnaflow 19200, s&b cold air. I’m taking the rings off, I’m planning to anodize or have them powder coated right away. Tinting front windows.

Thuren system has been shipped and will get to the border soon with a delivery day set for the 11th of June.

I’ll make a build page once I get the truck to show the progress as it happens.

This is what my salesman told me when I picked my truck up on 9 April. Other people have since said that the higher trim levels are coming with two key fobs and the lower trims are coming with one.

I picked up my 75th Anniversary on 5/18, and it cane with two.

I also got a good trade in on my 2011 1500 sport. 15k so happy all around.

Just paid a wack of cash to the border pirates for my thuren kit 1000$ in duty blehhh. So it will be here shortly too.

I would find a friend (or shop) across the border, have the **** shipped there, drive over for a day and swap it out. BOOM.

I traded in my ram 2011 Ram 1500, the first new vehicle I purchased. Did me well and never gave me any issues.
