From what I’m seeing, there’s a jumper cable that connects to the wiring harness behind the dash. Pretty sure it’s already there for my truck, since it’s a 4x4.I think what he's saying is that you can use the stock dial shifter or swap it to a console shifter from a challenger/charger if you'd like to. I'm still convinced this is possible with a few lucky trips to some pick n pulls to get everything you need.
Did occur to me that there would also need to be the wiring for the dial/console shifter ran as well. I haven't seen anything that shows it's stock. I'm going to pull my radio bezel out far enough that I can look back there and see if I have those connectors or not. That would be a bit of tough pill to swallow if you had to pull the dash off to run the hook ups
