Looking to get a CAI really like the vararam but not seeing to many great things about bad weather and that intake specially living in MA. Is it still a good option or what's next best

Only issue with the Vararam would be driving up north in very heavy snow. The fine powder can build up by the filter which blocks some airflow. It will not harm the motor, but I would just double check the filter after driving through a very heavy snowstorm. Driving through heavy rain is not an issue.

If you prefer a more traditional intake, then the S&B is your next best option. It has an enclosed airbox, and brings in twice as much air as the stock setup.

I have the S&B CAI and love it. Looks great under the hood and performs great.

^ Me too.
If you're not concerned about that snow and like the look, go Vararam if you want a CAI. It's badassery.
