Just recently I’ve had 2 after 100s of brake jobs. I’ve had to slow down and make sure to put a wrench or pliers on the sliding bolts that the caliper bolts are threading into. I did a 13 Power Wagon for a buddy of mine that it happened to and I know I had used an impact wrench to tighten it with. I still have no idea to this day how that bolt fell out. I don’t like putting threadlocker on because the next person is going to have a hard time getting it out.
Do you mean these or the 4 that go into them? I skipped replacing mine the first time and will be using the new ones that go with these the second time. They come with the factory pads but don't with aftermarket. I think it has to do with a little bit of thread interference and it's why you should replace with new or thread-lock each time.
