I dropped the tailgate only to realize I left a tape measure on the bumper. Now I have a nice reminder of it.

Ouch...I would be so pissed at myself. PDR guy could probably pop that out for a $100.

Did that on my '11 when I had it. My case it was a 3/8" ratchet. I feel for ya.

That's an easy removal. At least take solace in that it was you and not some careless idiot in a parking lot.

Thats one thing I have to watch out for in the winter here is ice building up there and denting the tailgate.

Sorry man, that f...ing sucks! My truck turned two years old in August without a scratch or ding on it, I'm sure the first one will really hurt...

Mine was delivered with one on the passenger bedside. PDR guy repaired it and you can't even tell it was ever there.

I'll pay that in a minute. I hear the guy here is very good. All the local dealers use him. My work schedule sucks trying to get stuff like this done though... I became a pro getting the gate off. I have to take mine off to haul a golf cart.

I've taken my truck to this guy probably 8-10 times haha he gives me a better deal than a walk in. Usually $100-125 per panel. Yea I've never had to remove mine before the hardest part was he couldn't figure out the clip. He broke the tab on the clip haha but I don't care I don't plan on removing the tailgate again
