I'm sitting at 33,500 and am taking her in tomorrow for minor warranty work and recalls.

1. Any problems with the recalls?
2. Also, my back window is leaking bad on both sides. Anyone else had this problem?
3. Driver side front leaks air but no water...
4. And then that rattle under the dash.. grrr Im pretty sure I'll have to live with that one.

Looking for some feedback.

Thanks

My truck has been in a few times for warranty work - once for a slow power rear window and minor paint defects on the door, and currently for cracking seam sealer / paint below the rear window. All visits went smoothly. They took care of the window and door on one trip and are currently working on the cracks. The service writer said it is a bigger job requiring the paint shop to remove the bed and the rear window to properly fix. Both times they gave me a rental to putter around with, and they do a great job in calling me with updates.

On my first trip in, I brought them the instructions on how to enable DRLs and asked them to give it a shot. The service guy said they get lots of requests to turn DRLs off, and have never tried to enable them. I picked my truck up with them enabled - he said the techs in the back didn't take long to figure it out, and didn't charge me for it.

If you're worried about your dealership giving you a hard time about warranty work, don't be. I've been really happy with the service I get at my local dealership.

Hopefully they are equipped to take care of all your recalls. I know my Ram dealers still claim they can't do the tailgate one due to shortage of parts.

Are you positive it's the rear window leaking? Like said, most common cause is the unbelievably crappy design of the 3rd brake light. My 2017 was leaking from both, the light AND the rear window because of a shiddy replacement rear window that was done before I bought mine used.

Hi Lydia,

All is well. Thank you for asking. They did the recalls, fixed the 3rd brake light and driver power window switch, and ordered some parts for the driver window/mirror air leak. I did not mention the dash rattle. Thank you for asking
