Cant catch a break, seats showed up yesterday. Carparts listed them as condition "A". When I bought them the guy on the phone told me they were in excellent condition with 19k on the donor truck and sent me a picture from before they were removed. When I looked at them in the delivery truck they were terrible, no headrest, bottom cushion covers were loose and partially removed, leather was severely worn and scuffed on both seats, the plastic trim where the switches are was scuffed gouged and one side was cracked, to top it off they were filthy. Man I am getting more and more pissed just writing this. The delivery driver was abit shocked as well. He told me to refuse to accept them which I did. The yard I bought them from is "LKQ ALL MODELS CORP" in Phoenix Arizona. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt in that there was some sort of mix up, but the odds of this seem improbable. Well I need to call them today to see what the deal is, what I want ideally is for this to have been a mistake and them to send me what I was promised. Failing that I want them to issue me a full refund including shipping and taxes.
Anyone have any experience with something like this, if the yard itself gives me any grief can I go up the chain to LKQ. I also know I can make a claim with CC company but hoping to avoid that. Unfortunately I did not have my cell with me, certainly did not expect this so I have no photographic proof of condition.

On a softer note 69Mach1 where in Ct are you?
