I appreciate the quick response. I pulled the current software version from dealer mode and it appears I may be several behind. Any thoughts on just updating with latest? Normally prior updates are wrapped into current ones, but FCA be different.

You have version 22.5. Do you know what model of vehicle you radio came from? If it came from a Challenger, Charger, or Chrysler 300 then that may be the most current version.

Not sure what’s going on with radio. Yesterday the navigation showed me driving through a field about a mile away and in a different direction. Time on clock was 1hr 45mins fast. Did a reboot pushing in both buttons until the radio rebooted. Navigation returned but click still off. Checked in settings and it’s set to gps. Today, same issue. Nav way off and now the click is 4hrs fast. Rebooted and nav worked but clock still wrong. Any ideas out there? I guess I should add I have the latest firmware. The only recent change, besides oil change, was me installing the premium cluster but that was two weeks ago.

Im assuming this is an ra3 or ra4 radio.

If you don't have version 18.45.01, you don't have the latest. That version was released to fix the very navigation issue you are having.

The file (s) you need are in that thread. The 18.45.01 update is not model year specific, so you just need the RA4 version of the update to install.

Yep, that 68306656AN is the pn.

Not sure what year/model that came out of but it's not a Ram UAQ radio so you will need to figure out the year/ model vehicle it came out of (18 Jeep Cherokee?) and then find the vin of a same year/model that came with the UAQ 4c Nav radio. . . Them use that vin to check for updates at the uConnect site... There is likely an update to application v22.6 but you may have to take the vin into a dealer service advisor to get them to put it on USB if the uConnect site doesn't show one (tech. will have to download it).

You need the VIN of the vehicle it came out of or the VIN of same year/model vehicle with the same radio

I have a 2016 w/RA4 & Alpine that I upgraded to an UAs out of a 2019 Classic. The radio came with 22.5 installed. I used the donor vin to check for an update and it came back with none available. I was experiencing intermittent zero volume from going from the radio to a phone call on CarPlay to back to radio. I would have to change inputs several times to get it back. I flashed 22.6 from post 8 anyway and was successful. I can verify that even though it is listed for a MY18 it will work on a 19 Classic. CarPlay seems to actually be a little smoother and it sounds like the audio sounds better in general, but it could just be me.

So how about Ram putting four radios in my Ram truck and the last was just put in by the dealer Nov,12 2019 RA4 with Nav and the morons put the replacement radio in with the wrong update in it. Now they are playing well we don't know the correct update number .I told them its 18:45:01 and also look it up on uconnect web site. Now I had to call Ram customer service just to get this straightened out . Total of almost 12 hours time spent in the dealership waiting for the new radio to be installed 8 hours just for them to say yes your radio has to be replaced. and another 4 just to put it in. totally pissed.
