What is this part

Can someone please tell me what the name of this part is??? It's bolted to my transmission right above my transmission pan on the driver's side. I drive a 2014 ram slt 5.7. Need to get a new gasket but I can't if I don't know what it's called!! Thanks for any info

Use a soft bristle brush to clean all the gunk off the exchanger.
