So today I picked up the flo-pro muffler from the shop (ceramic coated) and had it installed.


WOW !

Hot Start

I took a look at the stock muffler after it came off the truck and I could NOT see through it. It is RESTRICTED big time.

The new Muffler has a nice rumble to and is quit when cruising, No Drone, but rev it up and it sounds mean.

There is a big difference in response when getting on gas. I can tell the exhaust is flowing like it should be, I could tell there was a choking of exhaust as it narrowed into stock muffler.

** WHEN doing headers and exhaust, a free flowing muffler is a MUST.

<<<(pict) Flo-Pro is same size as stock muffler and looks the same and is close in weight.

I did not want LOUD and obnoxious so after some research it was Flo-Pro.

I like this muffler and will consider it in the future. You have headers and a Ypipe? Also the stock tail pipes bolted back up with or without the locator tabs? Your tips also look like they stick out further than stock... aftermarket tips or the muffler pushed the tailpipes out further?

JBA shorties, afe catted y-pipe stock tail pipes with resinators MOES 5 inch tips , they are long the flo-pro is same size as stock muffler pipes might be pushed out a bit, the muffler shop welded insted of using clamps!

I REALLY LIKE THE FLO-PRO muffler, flows is good. I can tell by throttle response!

Did that Flo-Pro come with clamps at all? Or was it just the muffler? They don’t say in the description.

THAT BEEPING DRIVES ME NUTS !

Turn radio on, click settings on bottom right scroll down to doors and locks, click on it then you will be able to turn it off from there (REMOVE THE CHECK MARKS)

Yes 2511, VERY nice sound, not loud when cruising but just right when you get on gas !

The amout of extra power this muffler gave me is amazing, FLOWS really well.

You can here me playing with gas pedal for different sounds.

*I do have headers and after market y-pipe, It gave my truck a nice sound even when I had stock muffler.
If you are just changing muffler and leaving stock manifolds and stock Y-pipe then it will sound a little more quiet compared to my set up.
