Well done.
If I understood those separators a little more I would have probably gone that route, but I also needed wife approval so an application-specific piece got me that.

So what about the hose connectors and clamps? You obviously know the required inside diameter and clamp types from your effort--makes it easy one stop shopping for the rest of us if you have that handy. Thanks in advance. :893karatesmiley-thu

If I had to guess by looking I'd say 1/4" barb and 1/4npt to 3/8" barb and 1/4npt.

1.) kobalt air tool filter
2.) QTY:2 3/8" threaded x 3/8" barbed hose fittings (brass, black PVC it doesn't matter something that will thread in and take a hose)
3.) 4 feet of 3/8" or 7/16" rubber hose (doesn't have to be fuel line can be the cheaper pcv hose cheaper)
4.) two stainless steel hose clamps around 1.2" or so.
5.) black rtv to seal up the vent at the bottom
Thats all you need part wise.
Some stuff to mount it with is on you. However you wanna do that.
Whatever paint you want for it.
I plasti dipped my fittings black over the brass.
The hoses slide over the barbs on the fitting and really don't need to be clamped. The hose then slides into the rubber fittings the factory PCV hose was attached too. These fitting are 1/2" and too large for the 3/8" hose so just slide it in the factory rubber fittings. Put the clamps on each on and just snug it. Don't over tighten it will start to close off the hose.

One of those barbs looks considerably smaller than the other...

Chewy you are right. All I had at my lowes was a 1/4" barbed x 3/8" threaded and a 3/8" barbed x 3/8" threaded so I used what they had. (they only had one of each)
I will go back and get another 3/8"x3/8" fitting one day I have some extra hose.

Bought my supplies this past weekend. Waiting for my CAI to be delivered so I can knock this mod out. Which hoses am I connecting?

Pull the engine cover. On the passenger side of the engine you will see a hard pvc tube connecting between the PCV at the back of the engine and just below the throttle body at the front. The rubber boots that the hard plastic tube connects to are 1/2" ID--just exactly right to fit a well lubed piece of 3/8 " ID fuel line and clamp without crushing. You just have to figure out where to hang your catch can/filter, and appropriately size your two pieces of 3/8 fuel line.

Yup; exactly that one. Install your catch can somewhere you can access it with the cover back on, and the run a line from the PCV to one barb, and the point below the throttle body to the other barb. If the factory line were flexible you could just cut in and insert it in the middle.

3/8" I/D. With lube it fits right into the rubber boots the OEM pvc line comes out of. You'll need a couple of hose clamps to cinch up GENTLY.
The BT Catch Can replaces everything with 1/2."

They make a water separator with an actual valve on the bottom and you could just open it to drain. Why did you guys silicone them shut?
