Manifold Stud Upgrade

So, started my truck this morning and heard the dreaded manifold leak for about 15 seconds. I'm sure the studs are broken of,f as all of them do, unless I'm the 1 in a million that just has a bad gasket. Either way, I've read that there are "upgraded" exhaust studs/bolts out there and curious if anyone has a part number? I'm going to just put the factory manifolds back on, and I've heard of the Stage 8 bolts, but not sure if they will work on stock manifolds? If so, do you just do away with heat shields? Also, if you just replace them with factory studs, are all of them you buy now the upgraded stainless bolts?
