So to do a Tune & Free up Intake & Exhaust Flow I'm looking at

Green's Hemi Tune Motor $225
Green's Auto Trans Tune $75
Diablo Sport & Unlocked PCM $950
CAI & Mufflex Exhaust $600

TOTAL $1850

Seems steep to me ??

What type of HP/TQ gains could I expect?
What about effect on MPG , assuming I not constantly putting my foot in it any more than normal.

.4-.5 seconds quicker in the quarter mile with the 5.7 with 1+mpg gain in normal condition fuel mileage.

Dynos are for queens and have variation.

There are many tuners available. Talk to a few more and compare prices. Talk to Moe's Performance, a preferred vendor on this forum about the tuner and PCM. He also works closely with Hemifever and they sometimes have packages you can buy that include the tuner, PCM and custom tune.

According to the tuner of the worlds fastest Hellcat do not bother changing the air intake from the air filter to the throttle body or the throttle body as it’s the best 1 out there unless you’re going to port the intake and replace the heads and can to match. Otherwise it’s pretty much a waste of money. That’s per the tuner.

True but he had a whole lot of chargers and rams in his lot that had a ton of hp and torque and has plenty of experience with 5.7L Hemis

The CAI was my last mod & it did make a noticeable improvement. It was definitely NOT a waste of money.

JG has track time slip evidence same day/same tune that proves there are better options in regards to intake assemblies.

Out of all that I would skip the CAI and check out Moe's for a the Diablo/PCM and Hemifever tuning. That would save you approx $600 right there...

Don’t wast your money, I did all that plus another 8k in performance stuff and a broke down truck from **** breaking on my old 5.7. Get a Pedal Commander and call it a day. Best mode I’ve ever used.

Alright getting deep in here, contact one of the reputable tuners or do some YouTube research.

Or just take your 16 second truck, put on a $300 glorified throttle sensitivity booster and enjoy just being one of the other few million Hemi rams putzing around with a restricted race engine.

You can just do the PCM exchange and save $500. The tuner itself has canned tunes on it which will wake up the Ram quite a bit. A custom tune from JG is a huge improvement over the canned tune, especially the transmission tune. It wasn't very scientific calculated (me clocking it by hand by driving) but the JG tune dropped nearly second off my 0 to 60 from the canned tune. My mileage is better, about .5 to 1.5 mpg gain.

Daily driving, the CAI and exhaust isn't going to do much. The custom tune itself is the ice cream, the other stuff are the sprinkles.

YOu saying I don't need the Tuner, just a new PCM which has the Tune ?

Highly impressed with my S&B, along with headers and a free flowing exhaust/tuning this 5500# truck pulls like a carbed 70’s muscle car.

No. You need an unlocked PCM in order to use a tuner. I went through diablosport (military discount) and did a PCM exchange along with the handheld tuner:

https://www.diablosport.com/shop/i3-pcm-swap-dodge-truck-2015-5-7-8speed-platinum.html

One of the vendors also has options along with a custom tune package:

http://www.moes-performance.com/category_s/1821.htm

Some people buy an unlocked PCM and keep the factory PCM. I didn't see the point in my case so did the exchange and that lowers price by almost half.
