I'm running water **** on mine but I'm running 15psi and a built engine. If you're naturally aspirated with a stock compression then there is no benefit to water **** but if you were running a much higher compression like 13.5-14:1 then yes it can help with detonation resistance if you don't want to run race gas. The timing advance on these engines is fairly aggressive to begin with so not much more can be added before you start losing performance. A few people have tried it on the hemi cars and all have removed it for lack of results.
