This is a good call the harness is the only tricky part to get. The rest is all easily obtained.

If i can get some input on how many more people want them within the next month I may be able to double the batch from 15 to 30..

If your truck is equiped with a 120V outlet you will have another screw in your cubby hole on the right side right above the outlet. Remove them and gently pull from the top. The whole bezel will pop off.

I don't have the 120V so just the top two and then it pops out?

"navigation is activating" update

Many thanks to navrepair.com!!!!!! I now have working navigation along with the latest software update for my RA4N. :grd:

Anyone else that is having a problem with their RA4 upgrade, I would highly recommend navrepair.com. They were very prompt in answering all my email (questions) and kept me informed as to what was happening with my radio. Great experience.

Yes, that will eliminate the 911 Error. If you add both to the cart, it'll take $15 off the total cost.

Please provide details here or over in my firmware thread.
i.e.
- where did u buy the radio
- what did it cost for navrepair to fix it
- what was the issue preventing the fw update (memory fail, incompatible fw/model mis-match, etc)
- will accept future updates you do on your own

Did they install the Via mobile Apps? IE Pandora, Slacker, Iheart, and Aha, also do you have the themes and Tag button still?

Antenna Q

Brother has a 2016 SLT with RA1 but has the puck antenna on top. Does that mean it is a GPS antenna??

He now wants to do the upgrade. :naughty:

The puck is for XM radio. There is no "GPS" antenna in our trucks, the RA4 simply uses the XM antenna for satellite connections.

No the Puck antenna does not have the Cellular antenna in it, as the sharkfin does. You do not need it just use the 911 delete plug.

Granted its a 1500, all he would need is the 911 Plug, Harness, Module, Bezel and Radio.
