Gave my Ram a face lift

Headlight Issues
So I installed so very beautiful Taillights on my 2018 ram 1500. I had to use a harness that stole some signals off of the 7 pin trailer connector. I notice now that my timing from the front signals to the rear signals are slightly off. Is there anyway to fix this? Can I change the timing somehow?- SuperUnknownSG

Aftermarket LED
I bought Fahren 9008/H13 LED headlights. I put them in when the truck (07 Ram 1500) is off they work just fine but with the truck running the low beam side both flicker, blink then go out. The high beam side works fine. I've tried other brand LEDs and they have not lasted more than a few days...- Justin56
