Hi Op,
10 seconds for a 5300 lb truck isn't really a reasonable thing. If you want 10's out of it you will have to put it on a diet, then look at your reciprocating mass as the current internals are for heavy use longevity, not high rpm. look for light weight crank, shot peened and polished rods, maybe some Wiseco custom short skirt alloy pistons. Keep you compression ratio down to about 7 and run 14 lb boost. Oh yeah you might want to keep about a half dozen spare trannys laying around. If you wanted to go 10 seconds you should really have bought a Hellcat Challenger, that's what they are for. RAM trucks are trucks, they haul pull drag, push, and carry stuff where cars and little trucks just can't. Enjoy it for what it is, a truck. Want go really fast buy a bike. I had an 03 Triumph Sprint with 955, tune and exhaust mod it was fast, really fast.
In any case have a great day and enjoy,
