Hiya everybody. Planning on fixing the keg leak soon and doing a few other things while im in there. Coolant change, 180 degree t stat, coolant bypass pipe, o2 sensor, valve stem seals and water pump (it runs a bit hot sometimes). I've been thinking about doing the timing chain and sprockets while im in there. The truck has 216K miles but otherwise runs fine and has a good trans in it.

Would it be good insurance to do the timing chain and tensioners while im in there? Ive heard that if you drop any gasket material in there, you need to drop the oil pan and find it. True?

Thanx guyz.

Mopar doesn't have a replacement.

I used one from an eBay seller. lol
Really? Guy at work told me Mopar made a fix kit for it. Maybe that was just for a few years
